How to deal with being stung by a bee?
There are barbs on the stinger of bees. After stinging, the stinger often stays in the skin. When nursing, first check whether there is any stinger remaining in the skin, and remove it carefully after finding it. The method is to stick it with adhesive tape and then lift it up or use tweezers to pull out the thorn. If the stinger is stuck with a venom sac, it cannot be picked up with tweezers, so as not to squeeze the venom and aggravate the reaction, only a sharp knife can be used. Pick out the venom gland sac and stinger with a sharp point or needle. Cupping can also be done after the bee needle is removed, which can suck out the venom and reduce the body's absorption of toxins.
Bee venom is acidic, so you can use soapy water, 3% ammonia water, and 5% to 10% sodium bicarbonate solution to wash the wound. Apply 2.5% iodine tincture to the skin after pulling out the stinger 2 to 4 times. Because iodine tincture has the effect of killing pathogenic microorganisms around the wound and destroying biological toxins. For wasp stings, there is no need to apply medicine, but acetic acid or vinegar can be applied locally. Fresh purslane can also be washed and squeezed and applied to the wound.
Anaphylactic shock caused by bee stings is often not absolutely related to the amount of bee venom. Under the premise of increased body sensitivity, even a single sting can cause severe anaphylactic shock. In the event of anaphylactic shock, intravenous access should be established quickly. Fluid infusion can improve systemic and local circulation, and at the same time, it can dilute and promote the excretion of toxins. For allergic reactions, mild cases can take 1 tablet of Xismin, 1 time a day, or 4 mg of acetaminophen, 3 times a day. Severe symptoms should be sent to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.
What should I do if I get stung by a wasp?
1.Wasp venom is weakly alkaline, and the wound can be scrubbed with vinegar or 1% acetic acid or Wuji ointment.
2. The stinger left in the wound can be picked out with needles or tweezers, but do not squeeze, so as to prevent the remaining toxins from entering the body, and then cupping to suck out the venom to reduce the absorption of toxins.
3. Apply ice cubes to the sting to reduce pain and swelling. If the pain is severe, you can take some pain relievers.
4. If there is a trend of spreading, there may be allergic reactions. You can take some anti-allergic drugs, such as diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine and other anti-allergic drugs. Of course, the best thing is to consult experts in time according to your own condition.
5. Observe closely for about half an hour. If you find that you have difficulty breathing, the breathing sound becomes thicker, and there is a wheezing sound, even if it is a little bit, you should immediately send it to the nearest hospital for emergency treatment. You can tie the proximal end of the wound with gauze. It needs to be every 15 minutes. Relax once a minute, and then go to the hospital in time.
